Prior to founding Birmingham Advisory Group, Jess spent her career building and scaling startups. A true Swiss-army-knife with experience in B2B/B2C/B2G platforms and marketplaces, she has spent her career solving extraordinary business challenges. Jess has run marketing teams, and operations organizations, managed partnerships, and HR & Talent, and has done just about every non-technical job out there to make sure that the businesses she works for and teams that she is on are successful. 

Originally from Michigan, Jess moved back to her hometown after over a decade in DC with her husband and kids during the pandemic.
